RATIFICATION OF NGAATI WHANAUNGA DEED OF SETTLEMENT AND
POST SETTELEMENT GOVERNANCE ENTITY INFORMATIONAL HUI

Following on from negotiations between Ngaati Whanaunga mandated negotiators
and the Crown, and in order to recieve the redress from the settlements,members 
have the opportunity to vote on (3) resolutions in regards to the
DOS and PSGE.
Copies of Ratification booklet and the DOS and PSGE documents can be viewed at:

VOTING:
Voting packs will be posted to all adult (18+) members from 3rd November and include
options for members to cast their votes.
Voting period closes: Midday Friday 8th December 2017
ELECTION OF INITIAL TRUSTEES FOR NGAATI WHANAUNGA PSGE
The Ngaati Whanaunga Ruunanga Trust is the proposed PSGE to receive and manage
the Ngaati Whanaunga treaty settlement redress.
The PSGE is governed by 5 initial trustees.
Nominations from adult (18+) members are now called for to fill those 5 vacancies.
Nominations open: 13th October
Nominations close: midday 27th October

A series of informational hui have been scheduled to discuss this.
